Just “Érika“ seems very informal
editNaming the page just “Érika“ seems very informal, even if it is how she is “commonly known”. Naming the page “Érika Cristiano dos Santos” would seem more appropriate for an encyclopaedia. (This is not yet a formal proposal, but might become one — I’m allowing myself an opportunity to be persuaded by arguments favouring the five-character name.)
