Kurdish name

edit

According to Kurdish Wikipdida, the Kurdish alternative name is Şirnak. I'm not sure whether it is suitable for Kurdish orthography or not. Takabeg (talk) 05:46, 14 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

The Kurdish name of this city inhabited by Kurds is Şirnex (شرنه خ). --MikaelF (talk) 08:12, 25 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
Sirnak has also Assyrian and Arab population, should we add all languages that we hear? Beshogur (talk) 21:31, 26 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
Yes, we should, why not? The more knowledge, the better, this is what Wikipedia is about! --MikaelF (talk) 23:49, 26 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Sirnak is not a Kurdish city

edit

So please guys don't make it a playground. The city is settled on Turkish ground. TheMuurtje (talk) 18:21, 31 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Questionable references

edit

There are 3 source which all three looks like very biased. The references are also very unknown. Since Wikipedia should stay neutral about his information all time I think this needs to have a look. TheMuurtje (talk) 18:29, 31 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
