Desaturase clause
editJust wanted to know I edited the "desaturase" clause. It said something like "humans must get alpha-linoleic acid from their diets because they lack desaturase enzyme to convert stearic acid". I believe what is meant by this is that if humans had desaturase they could metabolically convert stearic acid into A-L-acid, but it might not be obvious. So I added "stearic acid... into alpha-linoleic acid"
