Looking for advice and suggestions on how to reformat the introduction. Ncohistory (talk) 15:17, 10 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

An intro paragraph should be a brief description of the unit and its purpose at this point in time, but also mention the date it was founded and its name at that time. Historical info, beyond year of founding and original name, should be part of other sections following the intro.Folklore1 (talk) 21:24, 17 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Name change

edit

I worked at the 13th COSCOM's public affairs office in the mid-1970s. At that time, the unit was known as the 13th Corps Support Command. So I'm curious why the name change was reported here, and on the unit's website, as occuring in 1989. Folklore1 (talk) 21:30, 17 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Folklore1 is correct, it became a Spt Cmd in 1975, check the offical Lineage and Honors for the 13th http://www.13cca.org/documents/document2010-11-08-070857.pdf 150.113.8.138 (talk) 20:06, 23 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

During several automated bot runs the following external link was found to be unavailable. Please check if the link is in fact down and fix or remove it in that case!

Earthquake relief

In this section, the "528th Trans Co (-)" is identified as one of the participating units. What does "(-)" indicate? Folklore1 (talk) 21:09, 30 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Better references needed

edit

The source material cited by "VIETNAM STUDIES. p. 177" does not mention the 13th Support Brigade or 13th Corps Support Command and does not support the text where it was cited. Folklore1 (talk) 20:40, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
