WP Naming guidelines say that the modern title should be used for Jacobean plays. The area of London in which the play is set, Hoxton is famous in the city. "Hogsden" is the historical name that was an alternative spelling until the 18th century and not beyond. The most modern edition of the play, and the only single edition, gives the title as Hoxton, as did the only modern performance of the play. Same conventions apply as for other dramas of the period.
