Move from Great Adelaide Earthquake
editI've taken the liberty of moving this article from its former title. I've never heard the 1954 quake called this (google turns up only Wikipedia and mirrors), and even if it was, per MOS the article title should still be "[year] [place] earthquake" (see, for example, 1964 Alaska earthquake). --Yeti Hunter (talk) 00:50, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
- NP...I was considering it myself. Locally it is often called the great because until a small one last year it was the only one in living memory. Wayne (talk) 08:55, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
- If a reliable source can be found that verifies this name, I would have no objection to its being listed as an alternative name. It seems a little hyperbolic though, considering it was only a magnitude 5 and caused no deaths!--Yeti Hunter (talk) 09:39, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
