Propose deletion

I propose that this article be deleted. It is mis-named in any case: there was only one "raid". The event has little significance beyond Lionel Murphy and Australian Security Intelligence Organisation; I think that it can and should be sufficiently discussed in those articles, supported by the account in Hocking's biography of Murphy and any other accounts that can be found. I feel like - although it needs a lot of work - there should be room for a standalone article. It's a not insignificant event in the history of the left's attitude towards ASIO and in the subsequent establishment of the Royal Commission. The Drover's Wife (talk) 03:33, 22 November 2018 (UTC)

That's unusual, but so be it. Is the thesis available through the UNSW Library? I don't see it in the catalogue. But I do see Frank Cain, The Australian Security Intelligence Organization: an Unofficial History (1994, ebook 2012), which looks like it could be useful here.
