It failed to intensify beyond winds of 55 km/h (35 mph), and dissipated on July 4 after turning to the northwest." why isn't this added as an unofficial storm to the infobox? - The official tropical cyclone year was from August to July at that time, but JTWC, being crazy and unofficial, did July to June, so they considered it part of this season, but the official MFR did not. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 16:00, 30 June 2015 (UTC)
