residents and BT knew there was somekind of plan for something to kick off a good 4 months beforehand- the phones lines around the chapeltown kept getting cut, and so BT were busing engineers in from outside the area, and paying huge amounts in bonuses/accomodation costs, to try to keep the communications network of the area up and running. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.47.140.47 (talk) 19:22, 26 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
