Hello User:Hurricanehink! I am going to be reviewing this article. Hopefully I should be done by later today. Nice work on this article, btw.--12george1 (talk) 16:25, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- " from October through April. It was much less damaging than its predecessor, " - What was less damaging than its predecessor? September? :P
- The season. I think that's pretty clear that [season] is the antecedent. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:38, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- Ok. I will let that slide.--12george1 (talk) 18:08, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- Why is Heida not mentioned in the lead? Every other storm is.
- Added. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:38, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- "The Joint Typhoon Warning Center also issued warnings" - Make sure you include the abbreviation of the Joint Typhoon Warning Center.
- Ah, good point. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:38, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- "The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) became active toward the end of November" - So why in the lead is "Intertropical Convergence Zone" in lowercase, but uppercase here?
- No reason. I changed it. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:38, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- "faster due to increasing wind shear." - Wikilink wind shear
- Whoa, Christelle's section is large. It could almost be split into three paragraphs. Would it be possible to cut the section a bit? Even Albertine and Marlene are shorter. I think it's probably because Bentha is mentioned so much.
- Well, the MH was very complicated, and it lasted two weeks. I split it into three. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:38, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- Well, I did want the section cut, but it does look much better as three paragraphs. So I am satisfied.--12george1 (talk) 18:08, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- "After Lidy, there was one final nondeveloping disturbance" - Apparently "nondeveloping" isn't a word. Maybe hyphenate it? I.e. non-developing.
- Added hyphen! ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:38, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- Well, I have no other issues with this article. Again, nice work!--12george1 (talk) 16:25, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks so much :) ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:38, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- And thanks for your quick response! I am satisfied with the conditions of this article and will now list it as a Good Article. Regards,--12george1 (talk) 18:08, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
Eliceca
editWhy is there no section, or even mention in the timeline, of Tropical Depression Eliceca? The only things I hear about it is in the Storm names section. According to WPTC, missing Eliceca means this isn't a GA, it's a Stub! 🐔Chicdat ChickenDatabase 10:23, 10 April 2020 (UTC)
- Check the other systems section ;) Hurricanehink mobile (talk) 12:56, 10 April 2020 (UTC)
