The article doesn't clearly report the purpose of the flight - it is important enough to be briefly mentioned in the first paragraph. It is possible to infer from the text, rightly or wrongly, that it was to drop propaganda leaflets. That should be remedied by someone who knows the facts and has access to the sources. If nothing else, a statement of the reason for previous flights could support the likely purpose of this flight.
