Claro M. Recto is listed to end his term at 1947 at the 1st Congress of the Commomwealth of the Philippines but he doesn't appear at the 1st-2nd session; meanwhile, Nicolas Buendia's term is listed to end at 1946 but was unelected in the 1946 election but is listed here at the 1st-2nd session. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 05:34, 8 December 2010 (UTC)
