What does anti-partisan mean?

Editing (by someone else with more knowledge) required
editThere are some odd discrepancies in this article, which sounds like a poor translation in many places. The objectivity of the source from which much of this is taken also appears to be suspect. I do not have the expertise to critique or correct its narrative, however.
But a few observations:
The parenthetical reference to the dates of Operation Karlsbad does not make sense: (11 November to the 23 October). Done
The link to Richard Herrmann takes us to an article about a German footballer. Done
Later the article states that an officer was convicted of war crimes by an SS Court, then goes on to state that "The case was dismissed by the judge Standartenführer Dr. Reinecke." Some clarification is required. Done (talk) 05:32, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
