Perpetrator
editOn the same day of the Musayyib bombing there was at least one more car bomb in Baghdad, probably two, maybe as many as four total just in Baghdad. Al Qeada in Iraq on BBC claimed responsibility for "Black Saturday" as it was called. The responsibility claim did not mention the Musayyib attack specifically, just all of the bombings of that day. With Musayyib's proximity to Jurf as Sakhr (a reported support/staging area for Baghdad car bombs) it is very possible all car bombs originated from the place/person/terrorist organization.
