Color me confused, but what's a "falsified alcoholic product"?.. Ahasuerus 22:55, 11 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Its a new Russian method to fight democratic and pro western societies. Dont look at it seriously. They have made the whole world laugh when they banned Georgian/Moldavian wines (falsified alcohol while almost at the same time it won a golden medal in Moscow wine contest) and now Borjomi/Nabeghlavi. They should ban also Tsereteli, Kikabidze and Nani Bregvadze. Ban everything which is not Russian and declare: "Russlan fur Rusisch", "Russland Uber Alles!" and finally label Georgian stores and restaurants in Moscow with slogan: "Achtung Georgien." What a shame. Luis. Noxchi Borz 17:15, 8 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
Guy, seriously, judging by your contributions you don't understand the purpose of Wikipedia. If you think it is a cheap propaganda machine, please use Usenet soc.groups in which you may campaign for Mr. Ssakashvili's cause without any hindrance. Your current pattern of behaviour if WP may get you blocked from editing. --Ghirla -трёп- 15:42, 10 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
I don’t see any reason Wiki should block me just because some Russians here don’t like reality. You comments are simple anti-Georgian hysterics which is sweeping through Russia today. You are not the one who should pass judgments of behaviour or banning any users from Wiki. Im not promoting any cause, Putin’s or Stalin’s. Next time communicate in civilized manner. Thanks. Dude you're clearly pushing anti-Russian POV. Is it because some Russians did something bad to your family/close ones in the past, or are you just jealous of something (can't really imagine this is it)?--Lenev 18:49, 2 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
Clearly you're the one communicating in an uncivilized manner. While Ghirlandajo commented on your wikipedia contributions you resorted to insulting him based on his nationality.--Lenev 18:49, 2 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
On that note, I hereby state that I will vote against you or your opinion/s (or anyone else who attempts to turn Wikipedia into some sort of propaganda source) on any topic/request/issue in Wikipedia. After checking your contributions I have realized that you have not made ONE positive comment about Russia or Russians. Because of that I have concluded (personally) that you're not an asset to Wikipedia. Have a "faaantastic" day.--Lenev 18:49, 2 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

This is nothing but anti-Russian POV.Dimts 11:04, 5 October 2006 (UTC)DimtsReply

Two different bans?

edit

Hey folks, I am wondering if the two bans correspond to two different issues that were handled in a similar manner at the same time. In my mind I would split the articles in two? --Frozenport (talk) 02:28, 14 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

I agree. The focus of this article is primarily on the Georgian side of the ban, and the Moldova conflict is largely neglected. The article should be split into a Georgian ban and Moldovan ban. Ashesofman (talk) 16:00, 21 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
