editI moved this page because the article is not about the person, it it about the attack in UNC at Chapel Hill. The old title, Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar SUV attack, gives the impression that Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar is a place rather than a person; events like this are almost always in the format "place, then type of event".
