Since Alabama is considering appealing the NCAA's decision and the penalty has not yet taken effect, isn't it premature to already be counting these games as vacated? Until a final decision is made, these games should still count as wins. A sentence or two should be enough to explain the status of the the NCAA's decision. The image Image:CrimsonTideAlogo.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
