• "Referee Alan Kelly turned down Inter's appeals for a penalty," - I understand this but I think it would be better as Inter Milan's for non-football fans
• "Inter nearly equalised through Maxwell as his effort hit the hot," - I did not understand the word that is bolded, do you mean post?
• "Wenger tweaked his team's formation after the break from their customary 4–4–2 to 4–4–1–1 ," - the extra space between the second "1" and the comma aren't needed
• "Near the end of normsl time" - spelling error.
