extend player info table?

edit

I like the layout, no non-sense and to the point. But a little more info wouldn't hurt re: the player table...you could also include year active on team, class (fr., soph, etc.), high school/ home state, ht, wt, etc. Just thought more info would be interesting - maybe even a roster pic next to the name? From 1 tiger fan to another, great job! 12.5.20.13 (talk) 15:05, 24 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

I guess I could add more info the the player info table. I just didn't do it at first out of laziness. As far as pictures go, you'd have to have all free (no copyrighted) pics. We couldn't use LSU official bio pics because that would be a copyright violation. Thanks! Seancp (talk) 15:46, 24 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Is this really deserving of an article? College baseball isn't even that big here in the U.S. much less the world. So, one individual team doesn't deserve a page im opinion. If they win the CWS that'd be one thing but they haven't really done anything yet. PS: I'm a Michigan State fan who envies teams with a good baseball team. =D 168.189.64.96 (talk) 00:49, 27 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

It meets Wikipedia's notability criteria. I know college baseball isn't as popular as other sports in the US, but there is a very passionate and dedicated fan base. Seancp (talk) 01:24, 27 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
