Potentially misleading caption
editIn the photo of the voter's pamphlet over the election envelope is the following caption:
- Oregon's elections are conducted by mail, and are accompanied by a Voters' Pamphlet like the one pictured here.
My Voter's Pamphlet was mailed separately from the ballot itself (that is, it wasn't one package). Hence, I wouldn't say my ballot was "accompanied" by the Voter's Pamphlet. Or is that being obsessively anal over the definition of the phrase "accompanied by"? —MicahBrwn (talk) 21:46, 7 November 2008 (UTC)
