I just thought I'd point out that this page isn't being maintained nearly as well as the other competing nations. It currently says USA has 4 gold medals and it doesn't give details of medal winners or most of the competitors cf. Great Britain at the 2008 Summer Paralympics Jooler (talk) 14:24, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
- Very few are being maintained to the level of GB, some nations haven't even had their pages made yet. There are 148 nations and just not enough interested editors to update them all. I'll try and take a look at the US when I get a minute as I guess they will be one of the most looked at teams. Basement12 (T.C) 14:44, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, it's not just an issue of the US page; the host and medal leader China at the 2008 Summer Paralympics isn't nearly complete either. If you think the US page needs additional work, please help improve it. --Jh12 (talk) 16:26, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
Pictures?
editI'm not sure how using pictures from Flickr works, but a quick search there comes up with the following for the Beijing Paralympics. (And there are heaps more.) Aridd (talk) 00:42, 17 September 2008 (UTC)

- I tend not to get involved in the murky world of images on wikipedia but on flickr the license of any image is normally shown on the extreme right of the page, below any tags. This one for example says all rights reserved any therefore can't be used here, whereas this has some rights reserved, which means that we can use it as long as we give credit to the original creator. If in doubt i'm sure someone over at the commons would help you out. Basement12 (T.C) 01:22, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
- If it does not use by-sa-2.0 or by licenses on flickr, wikipedia will erase it. Benjwong (talk) 03:33, 26 September 2008 (UTC)

editShouldn't we move this article into C-quality for WP: China and Mid-High-importance? As well as WP: Olympics to C-quality? Tradereddy (talk) 18:52, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

Biased?
editThe page, especially the introduction, shows a lot of good things about this.
I feel this is biased.
