Image copyright problem with File:World Series of Poker logo.png
editThe image File:World Series of Poker logo.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.
This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --06:00, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
- The image should not be re-added. The image does not improve the reader's understanding of this article one bit; if they really want to see the logo, then they can click through to the WSOP article. Gary King (talk) 19:05, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
Actions of SDNY
editI think the actions of the SDNY should be listed as this did effect poker players planning on coming to the WSOP. One of the people interviewed by ABC explicitly received money he won from PS to play in the Main Event, but was unable to access it because of the crack down. I think this makes it meaningful. I also, think we need to be expanding the lead of this article. Just having the winners isn't enough. We need to start telling the story of the 2009 WSOP. What happened?---Balloonman NO! Amarillo Slim???
editIs Amarillo not competing in the Main Event this year? I thought it was going to? If not, why?---Balloonman NO! I'm Spartacus! 13:51, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
