Hows that. I would of thought it was because North Korea won the gold medal game but according to the IIHF it was because of eligibility issues. Salavat (talk) 03:28, 25 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
North Korea won the championship game so they were promoted. The IIhf link states that Armenia's scores do not count in the standings, nowhere does it mention that this had anything to do with promotion.
