Replacements?

Does anybody know what happens if one of the qualified players (e.g. Lee Westwood) pulls out due to injury etc.? Does the captain get another pick, or does their place go to the next person on the points list? The official rules don't seem to say. 81.142.107.230 (talk) 08:52, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

Team Europe

As much as I agree with you on the annoying practice of using "Team" before team names, "Team Europe" is the name used on the official Ryder Cup website. 217.42.243.188 (talk) 12:03, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

Merge

Welcome to Wales really isn't a significant event outside of the 2010 Ryder Cup. It's not like this was an Olympic opening ceremony and I fear this is a massive bout of WP:RECENTISM to create as a seperate article. All this could easily be merged into a "Build-up" or "Preperations" section.

Individual points scores
