This demonstration is not part of the "Occupy" protests. It was announced months before the beginning of the American protests, it is different for ideology, organization and purpose—and it was never supposed to be an occupation. Please remove the incorrect references.--SandorKrasna (talk) 21:58, 16 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Yes it is. The date was set as part of the movement, therefore it counts.Ericl (talk) 23:53, 16 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
Oh, come on. The date of this demonstration was decided before July 30th, 2011 (as stated in the programmatic document of the same day for a preliminary meeting: "Aderiamo sin d’ora, su queste concrete basi programmatiche, alla mobilitazione europea lanciata per il 15 ottobre dal movimento degli “indignados” in Spagna"), when the "Occupy" movement did not even exist.--SandorKrasna (talk) 00:31, 17 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

"hooded protesters"

edit

"On the afternoon the Rome protests turned violent, as hundreds of hooded protesters broke away from the otherwise peaceful demonstration, setting cars on fire, smashing bank windows and clashed with police."

They are called anarchists. To those who still wonder... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.65.227.150 (talk) 06:00, 17 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

No, they are not called "anarchists", unless you can prove that they were members of anarchist groups.--SandorKrasna (talk) 10:09, 17 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
