Name of this initiative

It seems that this initiative has multiple names, including Oregon Cannabis Tax Act, OCTA, OCTA 2010, Initiative-73, I-73, Oregon Marijuana Tolerance Initiative, the Marijuana Legalization Initiative, and probably others. In the lede, I chose to name only the name used on the promotional website, the number of the initiative, and the name which was submitted to the secretary of state.
