It's wrong - UTC for Moscow
editA lot of the event pages have Moscow as UTC+4; it's UTC+3. Can there be help to correct all these?Bruno Russell (talk) 09:20, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
- I do not think so. 1. Установить, что московское время исчисляется в национальной шкале времени Российской Федерации UTC (SU) плюс 4 часа. - see Moscow, ref. 12. --Packa (talk) 09:55, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
What does it mean?
editThe number between brackets after the nation name in "Participating nations" section. My guess is it's the number of athletes participating, but I can't find an explanation anywhere in the article. Mohamed CJ (talk) 20:08, 18 August 2013 (UTC)
Stadium audience attendance
editI'm surprised there is no comment about the lack of stadium audience on most days. Sitting at home in the UK it was a remarkable sight seeing so many empty seats. Occasionally the BBC commentators noted it and there were comments in The Guardian about it. Richard Avery (talk) 06:54, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
- there were many comments also in the main European newspapers: focused on sports, as La Gazzetta dello Sport, L'Équipe, but also Le Monde or La Repubblica. The official attendance is high but because the organising committee added a lot of invited people (including military...) to fill the stadium. The Saturday afternoon session seems to be one with more audience.--Enzino (talk) 20:18, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
- The morning sessions were plagued by low attendance throughout, as expected for numerous reasons. Accordingly, the afternoon/evening sessions were fairly well-attended instead, see IAAF statement here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.70.216.65 (talk) 22:37, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
- According to IAAF... (including 128.000 media, VIPs, athletes... Etc.).--Enzino (talk) 23:37, 19 August 2013 (UTC)

Number of countries
editThe infobox states 206 (and is sourced in the press release), but this list (which matches the category) has 205 nations. Anyone know which one dropped out? Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 08:09, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
Wrong flags
editThe flags of Kenya, Germany and Ethiopia have been mixed up and are erroneous. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 105.163.130.146 (talk) 19:37, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
Not neutral in gay section.
editRemove this entire section, please, because it is biased against gay. At least add some opposing views, because the way it is written is non-neutral. --209.188.60.26 (talk) 18:18, 22 August 2013 (UTC)
