Comments top notch article, some pedantry:
- "in Stavelot, Wallonia " comma after Wallonia per MOS.
- "both competitors were permitted " since this sentence comes after the description of the collision, wouldn't it be better to say "both competitors had been permitted "?
- "maintained fourth from Bottas in fifth. Mercedes maintained " repetitive "maintained".
- Removed and replaced. MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (pictured in 2018), where the race was held." fragment, no full stop required.
- Removed. MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "at the 19-turn" Are the numbers in the infobox diagram to indicate turns? If so, there are 20 noted there? If not, what are they?
- Fixed and yes all the numbers in the picture indicate turns. MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- début is sufficiently English these days to not require an accent.
- Removed the accent. MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "race -- so " make those hyphens a single, spaced en-dash.
- "pirouetted" very nice, but not particularly encyclopedic, "spun" would suffice.
- Replaced. MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "Nico Rosberg had the 11th pole position " seems like an odd way of putting it, I'd go for "took" the 11th? Or "secured"?
- Used the word "took". MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "Rain came back at" returned?
- What does bold mean in the table? MOS:BOLD discourages the use of just bold text, mainly from an WP:ACCESS perspective I suppose.
- The bold in the qualifying table denotes the fastest lap in each of the three qualifying sessions and the bold in the race results table indicates those drivers who scored points. MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Is there a key? Is it assumed that everyone who reads this from scratch would understand that? The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 18:37, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- There is no specific key for the race results tables and I would say that it is assumed readers would understand those facts. 19:55, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- I'm not sure (a) all readers can actually see the bold (per ACCESS) and even then, I had to ask you what they meant. I would suggest a key would be a very simple addition which would make sense and improve accessibility to all our visitors. The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 19:58, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- I have added the symbol ‡ in the tables. Thoughts? MWright96 (talk) 07:17, 17 August 2019 (UTC)
- Much clearer for all concerned. I would replace the {{dagger}} you use in the first table with the {{double dagger}} because of the connotations of using a dagger, but otherwise it looks great. The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 07:22, 17 August 2019 (UTC)
- Replaced the dagger with a double dagger in the qualifying results table. MWright96 (talk) 07:50, 17 August 2019 (UTC)

- "not to the same intensity" maybe an ENGVAR thing but I usually would say "not with the same intensity".
- Replaced. MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "On the lap,[37] " which lap? The same one?
- Yes, have changed the wording to indicate this. MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "On August 29, Mercedes .." might be good to say "Five days after the race" or similar to give some context, by now I've forgotten when the race took place.
Trivial matters, this is a good article. On hold for the short while it'll take to process the above. The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 16:56, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- @The Rambling Man: Have addressed all of the queries where possible and have made some supplementary edits to the article. MWright96 (talk) 18:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- One response relating to the uncommented use of bold... The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 18:37, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
Nice work, it's a pass from me. The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 14:31, 18 August 2019 (UTC)
