Removing the "israel" references

Nomination to remove all references to "Israel" in the article
edit- Considering that you're apparently not allowed to edit these pages if you're new-- the fact remains that the occupied Palestinian West Bank is NOT part of Israel, per the stance of the UN and the international community. Additionally, "settlers" are not "civilians". The targets should be labeled as "settlers" or "israeli settlers" in order to make the distinction from some random in Tel Aviv.
