Casualties
editThe most recent report that I can find (from Reuters) says "Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, spokesman for the National Disaster Mitigation Agency said there had been no tsunami, casualties or damage along the coast, and people had returned to their homes." Unless there are other corroborating sources, I think that the reference to deaths should be removed. Mikenorton (talk) 09:20, 3 March 2016 (UTC)
I agree; I've just revised the information and casualty counts. I did, however, leave the portion concerning Guru's original response, as this is still relevant information concerning the course of the disaster. Colonel Wilhelm Klink (talk) 20:22, 3 March 2016 (UTC)
- This is not a disaster. We should not keep this article as nothing happened. This event does not qualify to be on our lists and I'll probably be nominating it for deletion at some point. Dawnseeker2000 01:01, 30 June 2016 (UTC)
- Makes sense; aside from its magnitude, there's really nothing here to satisfy WP:NOTNEWS and WP:NEVENT. Colonel Wilhelm Klink (Complaints|Mistakes) 01:27, 30 June 2016 (UTC)
