Does anyone have a free to share/use photo of the Democratic candidate Thomas Dixon that can be used for this article? It seems every time Tim Scott runs, there's an official Senate picture for him but his Democratic opponent never has a photo. I've looked for photos of Thomas Dixon but have been unsuccessful finding anything that is free to use.
