We wrongly state that the conferences have been rebalanced based on the previous season result
editWe currently state: To ensure a competitive balance, the teams are distributed evenly between the conferences based upon their union ranking from the season before.[9] But reference [9] is from 2017 (before last season) and states that such re-balancing was supposed to take place. In fact it hasn't - the conferences appear unchanged from last season, despite changes in team performances in the two relevant seasons. For instance Conference A had Ireland 1 (Munster) and Ireland 4 (Connacht) last season; it still has these teams this season, but they are now Ireland 2 and Ireland 4 (Leinster became Ireland 1 at the end of last season) - in other words no re-balancing has occurred.Tlhslobus (talk) 11:59, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
