Teams
@Chanheigeorge: Rovers withdrew in 2017 AFC Cup, too. Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 10:46, 17 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Hhhhhkohhhhh: They played in the qualifying round, so I count them. Chanheigeorge (talk) 12:08, 17 September 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks. Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 13:11, 17 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Chanheigeorge:But Tatung also played in the qualifying round. Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 13:25, 17 September 2017 (UTC)
TPE teams
@Chanheigeorge and Teambk:: The score of Tatung and Taipower is high enough to assure top 2, should we write on? User:Teambk said we should confirm before updating. So he removed these two teams. I think we should have a discussion. Thanks! Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 14:12, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Hhhhhkohhhhh: Actually I think the CT league has some kind of end-of-season playoffs? Here is the Chinese wikipedia: [1]. I must admit I am very confused by the format. Chanheigeorge (talk) 14:26, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Chanheigeorge: The regulation was writen on [2] or [3] (Both in Chinese) , it is said about playoffs. Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 14:42, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Hhhhhkohhhhh: Okay, so the championship final will be played by the first half winner and the second half winner (if they are the same team, then the overall league top two teams). Taiwan Power Company have won the first half. The second half winner is definitely not decided, and Air Source Development still have 7 matches left and can win the second half. So if we assume the two teams in the final will play in the AFC Cup, then only one of the two teams have been decided. Chanheigeorge (talk) 15:08, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
- Hi, i understand that both likely take part but i mean we not sure who is 1st and 2nd. no point putting taipower or tatung. Just wait for it to end and then add them in. will not be so messy as well. i know u meant well but kinda messy and double job to update again when its confirm. thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Teambk (talk • contribs)

Central Zone
Tajikistan Football Federation posted in their Twitter about how qualifying play-offs and group stage will be played in Central Zone. I'm sure the picture came from Draw Mechanism document, but AFC hasn't officially published it. Can we use that as reference? Source : https://twitter.com/fft_official/status/935472736423510016 . Cheers. Fauzannaufan (talk) 13:09, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
- I have no idea. So please self refer to WP:NOR and WP:RS, thanks! Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 13:25, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
Maldives teams
It looks like Maldives FA Cup is not held this year. Can't find anything related to it. Can we assume that two teams from Maldives will be top-two teams in the league? If we assume it, then New Radiant is already qualified because they have secured top-two finish. Fauzannaufan (talk) 07:31, 7 November 2017 (UTC)
- Updated. Thanks for giving information. Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 08:21, 7 November 2017 (UTC)
- But this year Maldives FA Cup will be held later. Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 10:24, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
Cambodia
I know from an official source (but I cannot quote it) that Cambodia will participate.Edgar (talk) 07:07, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
- Can you filed a URL about this, thanks. Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 10:23, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
- Sorry, I have been given the official AFC docs received by all the FAs, but I'm not allowed to share. The list from the Tajik FA is missing Cambodia. Also, Saudi Arabia will have only 2 teams in ACL, as the others didn't get the license. But since this is not a forum nor a football gossip portal, we'll just wait for the official docs to be published by AFC.Edgar (talk) 10:28, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
- Since we are talking on license, is license only required for ACL? If Saudi Arabia only have two teams, then it's possible that most MAs in AFC Cup don't have any licensed clubs. AFC Cup will have very few participants then. Cheers. Fauzannaufan (talk) 15:37, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
- Last year, Iraq teams played in AFC Cup. Hhhhhkohhhhh (talk) 19:51, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
