I do not know if I am doing this correctly, but I am trying to move the page. The article says that this storm has the official name "Hartmut" and it is called so in another Wikipedia article. I could not find the storm that article called Hartmut because the article was under the nickname Beast from the East. I have changed that page to a redirect to this page. If there is an official Wikipedia way to do this, please let me know. I am doing this with the best of intentions, as it seems to me that the official name is the correct name for the article.
