editCan somebody block the user AqBq? He did some weird edits. And I don't think this is the right place to play games. 217.122.49.153 (talk) 14:31, 16 January 2018 (UTC)

Qualification to WCh 2019
editOnly best team (not including France, Germany, Denmark) will qualify to WCh directly. Not three. Акутагава (talk) 14:13, 18 January 2018 (UTC)

- The EHF-source is from 18/07/2017 and the IHF-source from 10/01/2018, so the information with 3 teams is newer...that's all I can say for now--Anaxagoras13 (talk) 14:19, 19 January 2018 (UTC)

- we got official answer from EHF. there is a clear mistake on the IHF page: as announced several times in advance only the winner of the EURO will qualify directly for the WCh 2019 together with DEN/GER as organisers and FRA as defending champion. All other teams (in total 12) go to the playoff matches. Up to place 13 into pot 1, 14 to 16 together with the winners of Q 1 into pot 2. Still at http://cms.eurohandball.com/PortalData/1/Resources/1_ehf_main/11_downloadsregulations_forms/1_regulations/2_ech/EURO_Qualification_Final2.pdf it's stated 48.6. Based on the places available to the continents in World Championships, the three (3) top ranked teams in the Women’s and Men’s European Championships qualify directly for the subsequent World Championship. (page 65). Total mess. --213.248.38.6 (talk) 11:03, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- the cited part talks about 2020 Qualifications and still it is under the precondition Based on the places available to the continents so imho the ihf has reduced the number of places for 2019 from 3 to 1 due to two host nations from europe. And as that is not clarified in the ehf regulations its misleading. But i would go with only one best ranked place as it is now 78.43.252.19 (talk) 07:17, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
- If i would not know about what we talk, i would say this it fells like an amateur federation, total mess. So, we do change it to 1? Kante4 (talk) 15:45, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
