Surely there should be a minimum requirement of heing notable enough to have a WP article to be included in the list of deaths? Sure, there are some exceptions that received national attention in multiple media sources (e.g., John Reynolds), but in general, the inclusion of people who are otherwise non-notable apart from having played GAA or being involved in horseracing, or where the only reference is a local newspaper would seem to be overkill (no pun intended).
