@Aréat: Thanks! One question though – where did you get the registered voters? They are different to either the "Number of voters included in the electoral rolls" or this plus the "Number of voters included in supplementary lists" (which I would take to be the electorate). Bizarrely, according to the CEC, the electorate was slightly different for each question, and I have no idea why. Number 5 7 19:27, 4 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
