Doesn't seem to be any strike action announced for 2023 yet. Sunderland largely petered out at the end of December with no articles about pay agreements or announcing more strike dates in 2023. Frankly, if Abellio are going on strike in London this January, there's every chance some Stagecoach subsidiary - my bets are on Sunderland - still could ballot for it over the next few weeks, so in terms of a move, I'm not sure when the right time would be.
