Vikings 7th Rounder is property of the Kansas City Chiefs
editIt was traded to the Chiefs in 2019 in exchange for UDFA cornerback Mark Fields. If anyone could fix this ASAP, that'd be great. https://chiefswire.usatoday.com/2019/08/31/report-kansas-city-chiefs-trade-cb-mark-fields-to-minnesota-vikings/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Carsausage (talk • contribs) 04:37, 24 February 2021 (UTC)
JC-2A picks for SF
editUnfortunately, the NFL screwed up in their press release. The 49ers don't get two picks this year, but they do get one in 2023. See: https://twitter.com/TomPelissero/status/1369754238398652421. Samer (talk) 21:21, 10 March 2021 (UTC)
Additional compensatory pick
editThe NFL screwed up the calculations a few weeks ago, so there will be 33 compensatory selections this year; the Pats get 5-177. See: https://twitter.com/MarkDanielsPJ/status/1373045898838691844 Samer (talk) 23:34, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
Lions to receive 101 instead of 88
editThe Detroit received Pick 101 for Stafford, not 88. See: https://www.nfl.com/news/2021-nfl-draft-every-team-s-full-set-of-picks PHILMUEL (talk) 21:04, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
Clemson disambiguation
editFor the chart, the link to Clemson just goes to Clemson, the disambiguation page, rather than Clemson University. Anyone know how to fix it for the chart? You apparently can't just type [[Clemson University|Clemson]]
as you usually would for whatever reason. Thanks, EDG 543 (message me) 00:38, 30 April 2021 (UTC)
Vandalism Semi-Protection Request
editLately I've noticed a lot of unverified or illegitimate edits to the page, therefore I think we should get semi-protection for the NFL Draft. Sammy Maggio (talk) 02:41, 30 April 2021 (UTC)
Error on the Round 1 Pick 31 Trade
editI'm pretty sure Kansas City and Baltimore got mixed up in #cite_ref-22 since it was Baltimore who traded their picks and Orlando Brown Jr. for the 31st overall pick. 108.26.200.145 (talk) 00:19, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
Semi-protected edit request on 1 May 2021
editThis edit request to 2021 NFL Draft has been answered. Set the |answered= or |ans= parameter to no to reactivate your request. |
I request a change that we change the position of Baron Browning (Broncos' 105th pick) from OLB to just LB. Head Coach Vic Fangio stated in an interview that he will let Browning play inside linebacker first. Broncos Thailand (talk) 14:25, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
- Not done: The page's protection level has changed since this request was placed. You should now be able to edit the page yourself. If you still seem to be unable to, please reopen the request with further details. ‑‑Volteer1 (talk) 17:27, 1 May 2021 (UTC)

DeVonta Smith
edit@Rodneyarchambault: - You cannot force in the image of DeVonta Smith without a consensus. If other editors support the change, then I don't have an issue with it. However, two other editors have attempted to remove his image from the page. He finished with less than 1,000 receiving yards as a rookie. I'd argue that if one is uploaded, Jaylen Waddle is more deserving of having an image on the page when he had more receiving yards and set the rookie record for receptions.
I also do not appreciate the assertion that Parsons' image belongs here "to appease trolls". Parsons was added weeks ago alongside the other rookies who received Pro Bowl selections. Do not assume bad faith. Bluerules (talk) 16:04, 16 January 2022 (UTC)
@Bluerules: Many support me. How will you explain this fascist censorship at the gates of Heaven?
- You've violated and now you've likely violated the sockpuppet rule. Off to report you I go. Bluerules (talk) 16:18, 16 January 2022 (UTC)
@Bluerules: I'm reporting you as well. I violated no rules.
- You made three revisions, which is not permitted, did not assume good faith, and likely created a sockpuppet to message me on my talk page. You may now discuss the matter at the administrator's noticeboard. Bluerules (talk) 16:40, 16 January 2022 (UTC)
Devonta Smith stays
editI think Devonta Smith stays. You don’t own this page, the people want him to stay so let him stay.CurtisLaFrayne (talk) 02:44, 17 January 2022 (UTC) — CurtisLaFrayne (talk • contribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic.
- If any confirmed editors support Smith's image being used, then I won't argue with the consensus. But so far, only IPs and new accounts who only edit this page to add the Smith image are trying to add the Smith image. That's not how Wikipedia works. Bluerules (talk) 04:13, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
I'll leave my two cents. I don't see how DeVonta Smith deserves it. Not only does Jaylen Waddle have better stats but there are dozens of draftees who are typical starters in the NFL like Smith. Right now the only non-QBs who have images are all Pro Bowlers and it should stay that way until other players earn their accolades.

- Smith wasn't named to the All-Rookie Team either. He should be added if he ends up having the strongest stats of the wide receivers in his draft class, but for now, Chase and Waddle (who currently doesn't have an image) are the wide receivers who deserve to have their images here the most. Bluerules (talk) 06:26, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
- I've submitted a request for protection. I witnessed some similar disruptive editing happen on 2016 NFL Draft recently. Mmrh1
- Thank you. I haven't been following that article, although I should probably now keep an eye out for other NFL draft articles that might be facing disruption. Bluerules (talk) 23:26, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
