I don't see a source for the 9% lead turning into a 2% lead. The article suggests almost an even split so I reckon it would look closer to 5% on the final round in that poll.

Is there a reason why there is no photo for the Green Party candidate (as noted by this very article) who is running in this mayoral election?
There's no photo of Cauldwell in the infobox, because infoboxes for UK elections usually only contain candidates from parties which received more than 5% of the vote in the previous election. There's no photo of him in the body of the article because there's no photograph of him on Wikimedia Commons, and we can only use appropriately licenced media for Wikipedia articlces.
