Qualification to european competitions

Under the League Table Paragraph, in the last column (Qualification or relegation) is stated that 4 teams are qualified for 2 european competitions, but the reference of the UEFA websites clearly states that "Russia will have no affiliated clubs participating in UEFA club competitions in the 2022/23 season."
