2022 Montana floods → 2022 Montana—Yellowstone floods – Floods cause very heavy damage in Yellowstone National Park as well, and the title should reflect that. 12.207.51.104 (talk) 14:23, 27 December 2022 (UTC) — Relisting. — Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 00:00, 10 January 2023 (UTC)

@EchidnaLives: Really? Shouldn’t you have participated and casted a vote instead of closing this discussion if you had an opinion on the title? This is the most WP:INVOLVED close ever on Wikipedia, that I’ve ever seen.68.197.135.166 (talk) 21:05, 4 January 2023 (UTC)

Oppose on two grounds. 1) Using the name Yellowstone absent Yellowstone National Park could be misleading as there are a number of places named Yellowstone. 2) The majority of Yellowstone National Park lies in Wyoming and indeed most of the major flooding originated in headwaters located in the park, but not all. The flooding on the Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone River originated in headwaters outside the park. A suitable name might be 2022 Montana and Wyoming floods but I personally don’t think that’s necessary. Mike Cline (talk) 17:11, 6 January 2023 (UTC)
