Clarify tiebreakers in preliminary and main rounds
editThis is not going to be important once the main round is over, but I would suggest its use for future tournaments: the tiebreaking criteria used DURING and AFTER the preliminary and main rounds should be clearly explained. Either in the standings table's footnotes or, ideally, in a standalone section created for the purpose. This would avoid several editors (me included) trying to "correct" ties according to rules that are not clear. Parutakupiu (talk) 23:45, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
- All rules for classification should be removed from the article because there is not mentioned any source for this contents.
- There is no reference which rules apply neither during nor after the group and main rounds.
- EHF is the only valid source for team positions in tables. 80.138.115.184 (talk) 21:04, 22 January 2024 (UTC)
- I added a tiebreakers section citing the official source document. Parutakupiu (talk) 09:51, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
