The Rider Transfers
editMe writing down the rider changes have made me realises: the moves from Aleix Espargaro's retirement to Marc Marquez being in the Factory Ducati team all came within the last Few Weeks
Mental
Also that is so weird to see Marc's name next to Pecco's Wycombefan (talk) 12:46, 5 June 2024 (UTC)
Why gate keep the 2025 page
editWhy can't we have a page for 2025, we know the contract length of the circuits so we can do what F1 has already done for their 2026 page. We know the contracts for 10 riders. I have to keep updating a google spreadsheet every time there is an announcement. Like what is the risk of allowing whoever posted the 2025 page to keep it up. Not sure there is any negatives. the 2025 france GP will be on the weekend of 8/10 may, as sourced on https://fr.motorsport.com/motogp/news/date-grand-prix-france-motogp-2025/10645238/ per the organizer Landry.breuil (talk) 11:48, 21 August 2024 (UTC)
- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. — BerryForPerpetuity (talk) 14:55, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
- sorry for not making me clear, i just suggested that the 'french grand prix' line could be moved from the second table ('are contracted to be held') to the 'The following Grands Prix are confirmed to have a date' table, since the organizer announced in a tv interview it would be held on the weekend of 8/9/10 may 2025 (per the linked source above). Fermin Aldeguer to Gresini
editAlthough it is unconfirmed, it is pretty much guaranteed that Aldeguer will be at Gresini, as they are the only Ducati side without an unconfirmed rider, to the point where we can add him to the Gresini section. Gg01 wiki (talk) 20:10, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
- @Gg01 wiki See here. Dieter Lloyd Wexler 21:41, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
