Presenting list of candidates

There's now our usual presentation of candidates, but that uses {{col-start}} and can be hard to edit. I've made an alternate way of presenting these candidates with just at most 2 tables, one for major and another for minor coalitions. Check it out at 1987 Philippine Senate election.
