This page should not be speedily deleted because... the previous problem was the California-centric view of the page. Since then, multiple multi-national projects have been announced which fall under the scope of this article. --MJ (talk) 22:16, 25 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

This page should not be speedily deleted because rail projects are long and projects to finish in -28 are already under construction. --Anttipng (talk) 15:25, 26 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
