Wikipedia's policy is ho hold separate articles for notable persons only. The motto is "Wikipedia is not Yellow Pages". If a particular person is notable for his achievements, e.g., makes a breakthrough invention, then the article is gladly welcome. Simply holding a position in a company is not of notability.
