Merger
editIn 1985 two previous bombardment squadrons were consolidated with the 24th Composite Squadron (last designation 24th Tactical Air Support Squadron). One has an article currently at 24th Strategic Reconnaissance Squadron, which should be merged with this article. Either a hatnote or disambiguation page will also be needed to distinguish the 1951-1952 24th SRS from the post 1967 SRS (article at 24th Reconnaissance Squadron. Since there are only two squadrons involved in that, I think a hatnote on the 24th RS article would be simplest.--Lineagegeek (talk) 16:15, 10 July 2013 (UTC)
