To make such section, one needs multiple RS asserting that the events on December 29 and December 30 were related, and explain how and why they are related. Otherwise, this is WP:SYN. My very best wishes (talk) 00:36, 31 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
the shelling in Belgorod is viable enough for its own article. But I am planning to restore a summary of it in the aftermath as part of other events such as the UNSC reactions and the Day of Mourning in Kyiv for 1 January. Borgenland (talk) 01:15, 31 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
Good work! Actually, I saw a couple of sources saying that the Ukrainian attacks next day were a retaliation, but not sure if this is true. Typically, such attacks (i.e. Russian strikes on this page or Ukrainian drones sent to Russia) require days or weeks to prepare. Nothing is usually a direct retaliation.
