As of 8th feb I am working on this article. Since their is no comparable existing tag article, I have used the one given. I will remove the tag when done--Wikishagnik (talk) 18:10, 8 February 2012 (UTC)

I have removed this tag and placed a request for an expert. i am not sure if this is a permanent unit, temporary unit or the coat of arms deployed in the areas mentioned. Since there is a lot of history surrounding the BCT I would rather ask the experts to handle this. I will focus on only wikifying the article--Wikishagnik (talk) 18:32, 8 February 2012 (UTC)

Title is imprecise

The 2nd Brigade Special Troops Battalion could be the STB for many different 2nd Brigade Combat Teams. --Trilotat (talk) 20:45, 11 February 2017 (UTC)

Perhaps this is a moot point, as all BCT STBs have been reflagged as Brigade Engineer Battalions... suggest that this page is merged under a 8th BEB page? Andrew D Banks (talk) 11:44, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
